ABOUT AMY

Amy Marquis works as an Interior Designer & Realtor in the Northumberland & Durham Region. She started her own
Interior Design business in 2012 after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics with a focus on
Interior Design in 2001, and obtained her Realtor License in 2019.

Having consulted with many homeowners on projects of varying size, Amy understands matching the needs of individual lifestyles
to house styles. Also, having successfully flipped 4 homes and owning an investment property — along with recently designing and
project-managing the build of a waterfront home from start to completion, including, but not limited to, permit approvals
and inspections — Amy is able to guide you through your project and be by your side through its entirety. She is able to speak to
floor plans, renovations, structural elements, and new home builds. All of this provides a skill set that adds value for her clients.

Amy brings a strong knowledge and understanding of return on investment when it comes to homes. Her genuine interest is in
Designing Dreams & Inspirational Interiors while helping others accomplish their goals to live in and enjoy their Happy Place!
